At Parkdean Resorts, we’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our vibrant food venues and bar teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. You’ll inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding service, maintain exceptional standards, and consistently provide guests with a high-quality dining experience. You’ll also play a key role in achieving operational targets, managing budgets, and driving performance across the department.

What you will be doing...

  • Ensuring all food and bar venues are always presented to the highest standards—both in cleanliness and overall appearance.
  • Creating effective rotas that balance staffing needs with wage controls and forecasted turnover.
  • Managing stock levels, placing supplier orders, and monitoring usage to hit gross profit and margin targets.
  • Completing and reporting food and bar stock takes, conducting line checks, and taking action where needed.
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing your team to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Delivering consistently excellent customer service, including handling guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Working cross-functionally with departments such as Front of House, Accommodation, and Operations to support seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitoring departmental financial performance and taking proactive steps to maximise profitability.
  • Reviewing guest feedback and leading service improvements to elevate the dining experience.

About you...

  • Experience leading a team within a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • A strong customer-focused mindset and a passion for great service.
  • Confidence working within a busy food and beverage environment.
  • Solid financial understanding, including experience with budgets, stock management, and profit margins.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent).
