Full job description

Fantastic management opportunity to lead our award winning restaurant.

Managing the day to day running of an established successful quayside restaurant offering a fusion of Italian and British cuisine. Applicants should be able to provide evidence of success in the following.

  • A high level of customer service and communication skills
  • Possess strong leadership skills and lead by example
  • Ensure high standard of staff training
  • Have the ability to budget and control costs
  • Effective control of rota planning and correct levels of staffing
  • Ensure stock control, cash handling, ordering
  • Identify additional market opportunities

In return we are offering a salary from £33k plus tips of approximately £5k (TRONC). A great opportunity to join a vibrant, successful and growing local company.

Applicants should be able to work evenings and weekends.
