Join the Management Team at Moore Place

We’re looking for a passionate Food & Beverage professional to help lead our F&B operations at Moore Place. This could suit a strong Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready to take the next step into their first Head of Department role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving Sales & Guest Experience

  • Help grow food and beverage sales through events, promotions, and great guest service
  • Support special offers, seasonal menus, weddings, and hotel events
  • Encourage upselling and excellent customer service across the team
  • Build strong relationships with guests and repeat customers

Managing Daily Operations

  • Oversee the smooth running of the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service operations
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Support the team during busy services and lead by example on the floor

Leading the Team

  • Train, support, and motivate team members
  • Help manage staff rotas and day-to-day staffing needs
  • Promote good communication between front of house and kitchen teams

Financial & Stock Control

  • Support cost control, stock management, and ordering
  • Monitor wastage and help maintain healthy profit margins
  • Assist with budgets and general financial performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or hotel operations
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • A positive, hands-on leadership style
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work in a busy environment
  • Experience with weddings or events would be an advantage
  • Own transport is essential due to the hotel’s location
  • Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, and weekends
