Santé, on Burton road is looking for a full time bar manager to join our team!

As a talented and experienced Bartender & server yourself, you will be leading from the front and be able to create classic and innovative drinks, run a smooth food service and assist the kitchen with daily menus and specials.

- Job Role -

- Hands on approach working the majority of your hours leading from the front on the bar or running the restaurant.

  • Support directors in all aspects including, recruiting, training, schedules, staff complaints and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assistance with creating content and supporting the venues social media channels.
  • Assess staff performance and strategise for improving staff performance.
  • Ensure that communication is open, concise, constructive and timely.
  • Receive deliveries for stock and inventory as needed.
  • Place orders for inventory based on business needs and budgets.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly and sanitised bar.
  • Ensure menus are up-to-date and correct.
  • Ensure all legal requirements are adhered to (I.e. Wage and Hour/Breaks, Health and Safety, etc.)
  • Report bar stock shortage– (variables) glasses & equipment
  • Oversee events- Liaise with directors to plan events according to customer needs
  • Actively participate as a member of the management team in decision making processes, attending required meetings, etc.
  • Oversee daily/shift schedules; make any necessary changes per business need and budget.
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment, provide Safety Training as needed.
