  • Building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.
  • Ensuring food safety, health & safety and company standards are consistently achieved.
  • Managing guest feedback and continuously improving the guest experience.
  • Acting as a role model and visible leader across the business.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an ambitious hospitality leader who is already performing at a high level and is ready to take the next step in their career.

To be considered, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ management experience within a premium restaurant, hospitality or leisure environment.
  • Experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager or equivalent leadership position.
  • A proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of hospitality KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • The confidence to lead from the front and inspire others.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and committed to becoming an exceptional leader within the business.

Why Join Habbibi?

We know that exceptional people have choices.

That’s why we are committed to creating an environment where talented individuals can thrive.

In return, we offer:

  • Up to £35,000 per annum + Tronc
  • Structured leadership development.
  • Ongoing mentoring and coaching.
  • Clear progression pathways.
  • Opportunities to develop into a future General Manager.

  • A supportive and ambitious leadership culture.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing hospitality brand.
