Banyan is now on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to join our amazing team!

This role will be known internally as Front of House Manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional, with a captivating personality, who can lead an amazing Front of House team in this stylish cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous people management and hospitality experience.
  • Experience managing a venue of high volume.
  • Ability to understand guest’s needs.
  • Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
  • Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen.
  • Excellent financial acumen.
