Full job description

Kitchen Chef Assistant

  • Responsible for kitchen opening and closing, work area cleanliness, and ingredient/equipment prep to ensure smooth operations;
  • Master dish production processes including noodle cooking, preparation, frying, and pan-cooking, strictly following SOPs for safety and quality;
  • Use and maintain kitchen equipment correctly and safely;
  • Sort, process, and store ingredients, ensuring freshness and adequate supply;
  • Actively participate in company training programs to enhance station skills and team collaboration;
  • Follow hygiene and safety regulations, and assist in daily garbage disposal and cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Chinese kitchen preferred, especially in noodle or pan-fried dish preparation;
  • Follows rules, works diligently, responsible, and passionate about the food industry;
  • Strong execution and communication skills, strictly adheres to company policies;
  • Team player, able to support supervisors and collaborate with colleagues.
