The role will sit at the centre of our sales and marketing activity. You will work closely with Client Development, Client Success and senior leaders to turn commercial priorities into targeted campaigns that generate qualified opportunities and revenue.

This is not a traditional brand marketing role. While you will help maintain a consistent and high-quality brand, your main focus will be measurable demand generation and growth throughout the client journey.
You will also coordinate external specialists across design, content, website optimisation, search and account-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver targeted campaigns across the sales funnel and client journey.
  • Build campaigns around priority sectors, locations, services, events and target accounts.
  • Develop clear audience segments, messages, journeys and calls to action.
  • Test different channels and approaches, using results to improve performance.
  • Lead generation and nurturing
  • Create and manage lead-nurturing journeys for prospects at different stages of the buying cycle.
  • Develop lead-scoring models to help the sales team prioritise the strongest opportunities.
  • Use client behaviour, intent signals and engagement data to identify demand.
  • Turn website activity, events, content engagement and campaigns into qualified opportunities.
  • Improve follow-up, conversion and visibility across the funnel.

Marketing automation and AIEvents and account-based marketingPerformance and reportingCollaboration and coordinationWhat we are looking forExperience in travel, hospitality, employee mobility, accommodation or another service-led B2B environment would be useful, but is not essential.

  • Build and manage automated email, outreach and nurturing campaigns.
  • Use AI to support client research, personalisation, campaign development and productivity.
  • Help introduce practical and responsible uses of AI across sales and marketing.
  • Identify tools and integrations that improve the quality and speed of activity.
  • Maintain appropriate controls around data quality, privacy and brand accuracy.
  • Develop campaigns before, during and after key industry events.
  • Connect event activity to clear audiences, follow-up plans and commercial outcomes.
  • Support account-based marketing campaigns for selected enterprise prospects.
  • Help create personalised journeys for priority accounts and buying groups.
  • Set clear measures of success for campaigns.
  • Track lead generation, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution and performance.
  • Produce straightforward reports showing what is working and what should happen next.
  • Use data and sales feedback to improve campaigns and the wider client journey.
  • Work closely with Client Development to align activity with sales priorities.
  • Partner with Client Success to identify client stories, growth opportunities and market insight.
  • Brief and manage external designers, copywriters, agencies and specialists.
  • Coordinate campaign plans, calendars and delivery across internal and external teams.
  • Experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing or a similar role.
  • A track record of delivering campaigns that generate leads, opportunities and revenue.
  • Experience using CRM, email marketing, automation and analytics platforms.
  • An understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing and sales funnels.
  • Confidence working with data and turning insights into practical decisions.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and clients.
  • An interest in the practical use of AI within marketing and client development.
  • Strong project management, organisation and communication skills.
