  • Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve measurable results.
  • Challenge and support agency recommendations using commercial insight and business knowledge.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee website content and user experience.
  • Monitor digital performance, including website traffic, enquiries, and conversion rates.
  • Support SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media activity through agency partners.
  • Review marketing analytics and produce regular performance reports.

· Extend our digital presence through Instagram, youtube, and tiktok channels.

Brand & Content Management

  • Ensure consistent brand standards across all communications and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and content creation activities.
  • Support the promotion of resort events, seasonal campaigns, and new initiatives.
  • Work closely with operational departments to identify marketing opportunities.

Internal Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with department managers to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, internal communications, and staff engagement initiatives where appropriate.
  • Work alongside the reservations and operations teams to maximise occupancy and revenue opportunities.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage agreed marketing budgets effectively.
  • Produce regular reports on campaign performance, return on investment, and key marketing metrics.
  • Present recommendations and performance updates to the senior management team.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to analyse marketing performance.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
