Arch KBB is a design and installation company specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. With a “can do” attitude and friendly customer service, we prioritise reliability and honesty to build strong relationships with our clients. Our bespoke free 3D design services are available in West London, including Hammersmith, Chiswick, Acton, Shepherd’s Bush, Kensington, and Chelsea.

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating tailored kitchen designs, managing client relationships, and driving sales within our showroom environment. This role requires a strong background in sales, design proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making a great first impression to clients visiting our showroom with the ability to
  • discuss & demonstrate products and answer general enquiries.
  • Extract and clarify detailed client briefs and budgets.
  • Preparing plan drawings, elevations, 3D renders and quotations in compliance
  • with Arch KBB standards
  • Efficiently manage clients through the design process, ensuring satisfaction and
  • timely delivery.
  • Achieve monthly sales and designer KPI targets.
  • Ensue accurate and timely updates on relevant information on the CRM.
  • Support lead generation and retail sales activities within the showroom.

Daily Activities:

  • Ensure designs align with client budgets and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to achieve efficient sales processes.
  • Presenting the design to the client and updating with any amendments.
  • Maintain high standards to minimise remedials and pricing errors.
  • Engage with clients in the showroom, presenting Arch KBB offerings and
  • following up on proposals.
  • Facilitate design meetings, managing client expectations and presenting progressive designs.
  • Utilise Winner to create designs and elevations and prepare clear quotes using our EQ/Smart system and guide clients through the sign-off process.
  • Engage with the local and design community on social media to promote Arch KBB brand and offerings.
  • Support showroom operations and retail sales, maintaining showroom standards and contributing to overall success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the kitchen or interior design
  • industry.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Winner/2020
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of kitchen design trends and products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Experience with high-end German and/or Italian kitchen manufacturer.
