Waiter – The Tallyman, Canary Wharf

Location: Canary Wharf, London

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join the Front of House team at The Tallyman, an exciting new opening in Canary Wharf.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Help guests with menu choices, dietary requirements and special requests.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our food and drink menus, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks confidently.
  • Check on guests throughout their visit, ensuring they are happy and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the wider Front of House and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, efficient service.
  • Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant.

About you

  • You have a positive, friendly attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You’re passionate about excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • You’re eager to learn, develop and progress.
  • You communicate clearly and remain calm during busy services.
  • You’re reliable and flexible enough to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous hospitality experience is welcome, but the right attitude is just as important.
