We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic & effective communication skills. The right candidate will have management experience that focuses on assisting the team to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities include ...

  • Determine staff needs & training requirements.
  • Direct and manage staff & Security to meet standards and objectives.
  • Organise / adjust staff rotas & manage recruitment.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area.
  • ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
  • Ensure adherence to stock control procedures.
  • Monitor and order supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives.
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and documentation is correct.
  • Organise promotional activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills & a strong work ethic as well as these other professional attributes.

  • Hold a valid Personal Licence to sell Alcohol.
  • Experience in the management of a busy venue.
  • Complete working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative, accounting procedures & HR practices.

Salary: Negotiated based on experience
