Senior Front of House Assistant

The Berkshire Golf Club is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and well-presented individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Senior Front of House Assistant.

Working at one of the leading golf clubs in the United Kingdom, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our Members and guests. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding service and enjoys supporting colleagues to ensure every visit is memorable.

Your day to day;

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring service runs smoothly throughout your shift.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver seamless service.
  • Anticipate our Members' and guests' needs, providing warm, attentive hospitality at all times.
  • Support and encourage junior members of the team, leading by example during busy service periods.
  • Ensure all food and beverage areas are clean, organised and well stocked.
  • Help maintain the exceptional standards of hospitality that The Berkshire Golf Club is renowned for.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is smart, friendly and motivated, with previous experience working in a quality restaurant, bar, hotel or hospitality environment. You'll be confident delivering first-class service, enjoy working as part of a team and naturally lead by example.

You should be someone who remains calm under pressure, takes pride in your work and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for our Members and guests. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality are essential.
