Assistant General Manager- New Opening on Savile Row

We’re a new all-day dining concept opening in the heart of London, and we’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our team from the very beginning.

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment, leads with warmth and integrity, and genuinely cares about creating exceptional experiences for both guests and colleagues.

We’re a small, close-knit team, and every person here plays an important role in shaping the culture, standards, and atmosphere we’re building from day one.

The Role

  • Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurantLeading and inspiring the front-of-house team through busy services
  • Driving exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with professionalism and care
  • Managing team training, development and performance
  • Ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation are maintained at all times
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team scheduling
  • Monitoring labour, stock and operational costs alongside the management team
  • Working closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless service
  • Taking ownership of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence
