Job Summary

Join our dynamic management team and lead the operational excellence of our hospitality establishment! As a Management Team member, you will oversee daily restaurant, bar and letting room operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, food quality, and team performance. Your energetic leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and create a welcoming environment for guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable experiences while managing a vibrant team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Duties

  • Supervise daily food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving, and overall kitchen activities to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate team members by providing clear direction, coaching, and support to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across all areas of operation.
  • Manage food production processes, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients.
  • Oversee customer service interactions, handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, and ensure an outstanding experience.
  • Train staff on restaurant, bar and room procedures, including food handling, beverage service, and hospitality protocols.
  • Maintain operational records such as shift reports, health inspections, and staff schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
  • Extensive culinary experience including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Background in bartending or barista roles is highly desirable for versatile beverage service knowledge.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations or large-scale food production environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and the capacity to motivate diverse teams.
  • Prior experience in hospitality roles involving serving guests and managing customer satisfaction is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to restaurant or hotel industries.
