Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm for guest service and passion for food will help create memorable moments for our patrons. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and timely delivery.
  • Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Assist guests with menu selections, upselling specials or beverages to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout your shift.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
