Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie Chef to join our culinary team in Europe in Vilnius, Lithuania, unfortunate we not providing work visa. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional standards of food safety and hygiene. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise within a vibrant hospitality environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests. Previous supervising and team management experience is highly desirable, as you will lead kitchen operations and support junior staff members.
Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of A La Carte dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment
- Manage food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste and optimise resources
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
- Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Supervising experience with strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff members
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
- Passion for culinary arts with a keen eye for detail in presentation and flavour balance
- Previous experience in food production, restaurant service, or hospitality environments is highly advantageous
