Waiting Staff

(Waiter / Waitress / Server)

Position Overview

We are recruiting experienced Waiting Staff to join our team at the opening of our new restaurant. This role is central to delivering a refined dining experience and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable front-of-house role within a restaurant or high-volume hospitality environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong team collaboration abilities
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and resilience under pressure
  • Proven ability to perform effectively during peak service periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Right to work in the relevant location

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Present menus, provide informed recommendations, and accurately record food and beverage orders
  • Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while maintaining elegant table standards
  • Process payments and manage transactions with accuracy and discretion
  • Anticipate guest requirements, including dietary needs, and respond promptly
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
