What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations across both bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
  • Drive sales and profitability through creative promotions, events, and menu innovations.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to improve service, efficiency, and revenue.
