Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Shisha/Waiter to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service while expertly preparing and serving shisha (hookah) and a variety of food and beverages. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
• Prepare and serve high-quality shisha according to established safety and quality standards
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering menu recommendations and upselling items to enhance guest experience
• Deliver prompt, friendly service throughout the guest’s visit, attending to their needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas including the shisha station, dining area, and service stations
• Monitor guest satisfaction during their stay, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Follow food safety regulations diligently, ensuring all items are stored, prepared, and served safely
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages
• Experience with serving or bartending roles is a plus, especially in lively or upscale environments
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
