  • Reports to: Melanie Brown (CEO) & Charlotte Collins (Business Development Manager)

  • Start Date: Monday 3rd August

The Role & The Challenge

We need more than a content creator, we need a Hospitality Brand Storyteller. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye, a witty voice, a love for great food, and the drive to build dynamic, high-growth brands.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role. You’ll combine artistic flair with operational speed, turning a simple plate of food into visual magic, capturing high-end content effortlessly, and driving real commercial results every day. We use systems ASANA as our main task manager and SEVENROOMS as our booking and integrated email marketing platform, experience in these is beneficial, but not essential.

Essential Requirement: You must have a background in hospitality. You need to know the rhythm, heat, and hustle of a busy restaurant floor to tell our stories authentically. Role Evolution

We manage 3 distinct brands across 15 platforms. We don’t expect you to conquer everything on day one, your role will scale as you master our workflow:

  • Phase 1: Content & Workflow Mastery (Immediate): Take ownership of our social channels, creating, scheduling, and managing approvals through our internal task system.
  • Phase 2: Newsletter Launch (Months 3–6): Take charge of email marketing, creating compelling newsletters for restaurant campaigns, promos, and events.
  • Phase 3: Agency Management (Growth Phase): Step up to manage external SEO and Paid Media agencies to expand our digital footprint.

Core Responsibilities1. Multi-Platform Management

  • 15 Platforms / 3 Brands: Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across 3 distinct brand voices.
  • Engaging Content: Deliver charm, creativity, and high-level visual narrative across every feed.
  • Efficient Delivery: Keep content moving seamlessly through internal approval tools without dropping standards.

2. Visual Narrative (Gear & Motion)

  • Pro Gear: High proficiency with Canon systems (manual settings, lenses, lighting) for polished stills and video.
  • Mobile Agility: Quick and adept at capturing spontaneous, high-quality content on mobile.
  • Video Editing: Expert at turning raw footage into engaging Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.

3. Outreach & Service Integration

  • Growth & Outreach: Lead influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, and subscriber growth.
  • Floor Support: On-site presence is key. You'll happily step in during major food events, moving from behind the lens to supporting the Front-of-House team when required.

What You Bring

  • Hospitality Roots: Proven experience in food, service, or restaurant environments.
  • Technical Skill: Mastery of Canon cameras, mobile content capture, fast video editing tools, and cloud file management.
  • Social Expertise: Strong grasp of platform algorithms, digital trends, and audience engagement.
  • Character: Witty, confident, self-motivated, highly organized, and driven by measurable success.

Benefits & Working Style

  • Hybrid Model: Remote flexibility for editing and admin, paired with mandatory on-site restaurant shifts (min. 1.5 days/week) for shoots and live event support.

How to Apply

To apply, please submit:

  • Your Portfolio: Show us your best work (stills and video).
  • The Vibe Check: A 60-second video telling us which hospitality brand is killing it on social media right now, and why!

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Social media management: 2 years (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SW9 8PL
