Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties

  • Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Cook dishes as directed by senior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Support the team in serving food efficiently during busy periods
  • Help with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage organisation
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
  • Assist with washing up, cleaning kitchen equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
