La Trompette, Michelin starred restaurant in Chiswick is looking for an enthusiastic chef de partie to join our small team.

Job Title: Chef de Partie

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a chef de partie in a similar environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.

Our chefs work four days on, three days off. We are currently closed on Monday and Tuesday so 2 consecutive days off each week are guaranteed!
