Front of house Supervisor

Weekly hours range: 10-35 hours per week

Pay rate range: £11.50-£12.50 excluding tips

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the dining area to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Supervise and train front-of-house staff, ensuring high service standards
  • Ensure guests are greeted warmly and seated promptly
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolution
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking and ordering supplies
  • Work with management to develop and implement promotions or events to attract guests

Previous experience working in fast-paced restaurants highly desirable.
