Are you ready for your next step in hospitality?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Supervisor to join the team at Rose by Nicholas James, our beautiful neighbourhood restaurant and bar overlooking the vineyard in Woodside, Ascot.

We're searching for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy service and leads by example. You'll work closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional food, drinks and service while helping to develop and inspire a fantastic front of house team.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar.
• Leading busy service with confidence and energy.
• Motivating, coaching and developing the front of house team.
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Assisting with staff training, recruitment and stock control.
• Helping drive sales while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• A natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for food, drink and genuine hospitality.
• Someone who leads from the front and enjoys being part of the service.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to our location.
