About us:

We are a busy, premium casual dining seafood restaurant based in Portishead. Known for our fresh, high-quality dishes and vibrant atmosphere, we take pride in delivering excellent service. We are now looking for an energetic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help lead our floor operations.

The Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the driving force on the floor during busy services. You will lead by example, supporting the team, managing the shift flow, and ensuring our guests have a fantastic dining experience. This is a perfect role for an experienced senior waiter looking to take the next step, or an established supervisor seeking a fresh challenge in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Run daily shifts smoothly, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.

Lead, motivate, and organize the front-of-house team on the floor.

Assist with opening/closing duties, cashing up, and maintaining restaurant security.

Support the training and development of team members.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

Maintain close communication with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Senior Server or Supervisor in a fast-paced, premium casual dining environment.

Strong leadership skills with a positive, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
