Hourly salary: Up to £16 per hour including Service Charge

Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf and Soho alongside our award-winning bar concept, SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally.

Opened in 2025, in the heart of Shoreditch, is a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary. It’s an evolution of the Kricket brand, featuring our first all-day café and bar concept alongside our signature restaurant experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the Shoreditch team! Someone who can run any section on the floor with ease and confidence, and who's ready to step up and take charge of the room during service. You'll be responsible for enhancing the guest experience by bringing prior knowledge, personality, and bundles of energy- while setting the standard for the team around you. Working closely with the front of house management team, you'll help lead service, support and guide the wider floor team, and take ownership of the daily tasks and duties that keep the restaurant running smoothly.

  • Someone calm and organised under pressure, who can take ownership of daily tasks and keep service running smoothly.
