Shift Supervisor – The Harbour Lights Cafe, Littlehampton.

We are an established catering business operating four busy year‑round cafés and three kiosks across the Arun area, including:

  • The Lobster Pot, Felpham
  • Hotham Park Café, Bognor Regis
  • Harbour Lights Café, Littlehampton
  • London Road Coffee Shop, Bognor Regis
  • Concessions at Goodwood Golf Courses

We are currently seeking an experienced Full‑Time Shift Supervisor to join our team at The Harbour Lights Cafe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced café/restaurant environment and enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serving customers and delivering excellent service
  • Operating the till and handling cash

  • Supporting the Manager with staffing and day‑to‑day operations
