Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests to facilitate smooth operations
  • Working across multiple departments- bar, reception, housekeeping, restaurant etc in hotel as required
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering inquiries and directing visitors

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with patients, staff, and visitors
  • Proficiency in IT systems for administrative tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills
