Goldenkeys Recruitment is working with a prestigious luxury hotel & country estate in Hampshire, set within beautiful grounds and renowned for its exceptional service, locally sourced produce, and world-class dining experiences.

This role offers the rare opportunity to work across two beautiful food & beverage outlets:

  • A serene, light-filled lounge where guests relax with freshly prepared teas, coffees, and light bites.
  • An intimate, elegant restaurant showcasing seasonal menus crafted from the estate’s own produce.

We are seeking a warm, professional Waiter/ Waitress with a passion for hospitality, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to create memorable moments for guests.

The Role

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and refined service, building genuine rapport with guests.
  • Prepare elegant table settings, ensuring immaculate presentation in every detail.
  • Serve teas, coffees, juices, and smoothies with precision and care.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, following the highest hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
  • Confidently run service in the lounge while also supporting shifts in the restaurant.
  • Work flexibly across a variety of shifts, including weekends.

  • Tronc: £7,800+ per annum (based on full-time colleagues in 2025)
