Experienced Restaurant Cleaner – Immediate Start

Location: Windlesham, GU20 6LL
Start date: Friday
Company: VC Ltd
Working days: Monday to Sunday (7 days per week)
Working hours: 6:00am–8:30am daily (17.5 hours per week)

We are looking for a reliable and highly experienced restaurant cleaner to join our team in Windlesham. The successful candidate must have professional cleaning experience within restaurants, hospitality venues or similarly high-standard environments.

Please note that this role does not involve cleaning kitchen or food-preparation areas.

This position requires someone with an excellent eye for detail who can work independently and consistently maintain exceptional cleaning standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Cleaning front-of-house and designated back-of-house areas, excluding the kitchen
  • Thoroughly vacuuming and mopping all floors
  • Ensuring no dirt, dust, food debris or crumbs are left anywhere
  • Paying close attention to corners, edges, underneath furniture and other difficult-to-reach areas
  • Cleaning and sanitising customer and staff toilets
  • Cleaning mirrors, sinks, fixtures and frequently touched surfaces
  • skirting boards, doors and entrance areas
  • Ensuring all areas are left clean, hygienic and professionally presented
  • Completing all duties thoroughly within the allocated shift time
  • Reporting maintenance issues, damage or cleaning concerns promptly

Floor cleanliness is one of the most important requirements of this role. Applicants must be extremely thorough and ensure that all floors are left completely clean, with no visible dirt, dust or crumbs after every shift.

Requirements:

  • Previous professional restaurant or hospitality cleaning experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Reliable, punctual and available to work every day from 6:00am to 8:30am
  • Able to start this Friday
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Good understanding of hygiene, sanitisation and professional cleaning procedures
  • Ability to follow a cleaning checklist and site instructions
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • References may be requested
  • Willingness to complete a trial shift if required
