Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
  • Support food preparation activities as needed to assist kitchen staff during busy periods
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure guest safety

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially with food handling and customer interaction
  • Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and barista skills is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems effectively
