Overview

SHOOT HOSTESS ROLE - OCTOBER TO FEBRUARY.

Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Hostess and be the welcoming face that sets the tone for an exceptional guest experience! In this lively role, you will greet guests with enthusiasm and ensure smooth catering service out on the field.

Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests excited to return. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a vibrant environment, all while contributing to memorable dining experiences. As a paid position, you’ll be an essential part of our team during busy seasonal periods, helping us deliver top-tier service with energy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage team requests and dietary requirements
  • Escort guests to their tables, ensuring timely seating and comfort
  • Maintain clear communication with the serving staff regarding guest needs and table status
  • Prepare foods and drinks for outdoor and indoor service.
  • Keep the Estates lodge and vehicle organized, clean, and welcoming at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
  • Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Shooting Industry
  • Ability to work in all weathers
  • A friendly demeanor combined with professionalism ensures guests feel valued from arrival to departure
