Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cooking process.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Help maintain an organised kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored properly.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques.
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
  • A passion for cooking and a desire to continually improve culinary skills.
