The role

As a Chef de Rang you will be working with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience, having an in-depth understanding of the menu, ability to share our story and ensuring attention to detail at each guest interaction.

  • Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Responsible for sections of the restaurant, ensuring guests are served to in a timely and professional manner. Understanding of the dish components and able to explain as needed to the guest.
  • Handling in the moment guest feedback. Ensuring all necessary information is shared with the restaurant manager.
  • Be a storyteller, take the guests through Farlam's journey. Explaining in depth the dishes, ingredients and ideas behind the creation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the dining experience.
  • Full understanding of allergens.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold food safety standards.
  • Coordinating the service with the Restaurant manager and sharing important information with the kitchen i.e. dietaries, occasion, alterations etc.
  • Has experience in general bar duties.

Full Time - Available to work varied days throughout the week including weekends and evenings.
