Based near Birmingham, close to transport connections, our CSC supports national police services 24/7. As the Centre expands thanks to substantial investment, our team is growing too. Join us, and you’ll be part of a highly skilled technical team working on incidents, problems and changes at our ITIL-aligned CSC.

Furthermore, the shift structure for this role allows for working compressed hours over a 4-day week.

  • Ensure SLAs for services in the CSC Service portfolio are met.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure all services are maintained and knowledge is shared.
