Bar Supervisor & Front of House

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Bar Supervisor & Front of House Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the bar and front of house.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
  • Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and provide a friendly, professional dining experience.
  • Ensure smooth service between the bar, restaurant, and kitchen.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Open and close the premises when required.
  • Manage stock, stock rotation, and assist with ordering.
  • Process payments and operate the till accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety throughout the venue.
  • Ensure all licensing regulations and company procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • Previous relevant experience in both bar and front of house roles is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude with a willingness to lead by example.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Personal Licence is desirable but not essential.
