Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Grill Chef to join our dynamic culinary team! Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Assist in meal preparation by marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients for grilling
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation of dishes
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee perfectly cooked meals every time
  • Serve finished dishes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction through quality control

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a kitchen assistant within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling raw ingredients and cooked foods
  • Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on grilling techniques and meal preparation methods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues
