Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Fitness Instructor / Front of House to join our vibrant fitness centre. This role involves delivering engaging fitness classes, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for health and fitness, along with strong communication skills to motivate clients and create a welcoming environment for all members.

Duties

  • Lead group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism, tailoring sessions to various skill levels
  • Provide personalised guidance and support to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals
  • Manage front desk operations, including member check-ins, enquiries, and class bookings
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for use
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
  • Promote upcoming classes, workshops, and special events to maximise member engagement
  • Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with centre policies and regulations
  • Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages member retention and satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching within a fitness environment
