Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions efficiently
  • Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service and promote a welcoming environment
  • Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
  • Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food and beverages

Experience

  • Previous experience in bartending or serving within a hospitality setting is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Strong understanding of basic math for cash handling and measuring drinks accurately
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively environment
  • Restaurant or bar experience demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and customer focus
