Recommending additional menu items and products to enhance the guest experience and support revenue.

Keeping tables clean, tidy and presented to a high standard.

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing requirements and company procedures.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and stock levels within the bar.

Supporting weddings, conferences, meetings, private dining and other hotel events.

Assisting with plated meals, buffets, banquets and receptions.

Ensuring function rooms are set up and presented to the required standard and within agreed timescales.

Responding positively to guest enquiries and dealing with minor issues professionally, escalating where appropriate.

Operating tills and processing payments accurately.

Supporting stock rotation and replenishment.

Working closely with colleagues across the Restaurant, Kitchen, Reception and Housekeeping teams.

Following all food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
