Barista (30 Hours) & Front of House All-Rounder (Part-Time Flexible)

We're looking for Barista and Front of House team members to join our team! Whether you're an experienced specialty barista or someone who loves working with customers in a busy bakery, we'd love to hear from you.

1. Barista – 30 Hours per Week

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys making exceptional coffee and delivering great customer service. Coffee is a huge part of what we do, so we're looking for someone with previous specialty coffee experience who understands the importance of consistency, quality and hospitality.

Weekend availability is essential.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks.
• Dialling in coffee throughout the day and maintaining espresso quality.
• Texturing milk to a high standard for a range of drinks.
• Monitoring extraction, adjusting grind settings and maintaining workflow during busy service.
• Looking after the coffee equipment and keeping the coffee station clean and organised.
• Greeting customers, taking orders and creating a welcoming experience.
• Serving pastries and other bakery items.
• Handling cash and card payments accurately.
• Supporting the wider front of house or back of house team whenever needed.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working with specialty coffee is essential.
• Confidence dialling in espresso, adjusting grinders and producing consistently high-quality coffee.
• Excellent milk steaming and latte art skills.
• A genuine passion for coffee and customer service.
• Someone who stays calm and organised during busy periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Reliable, punctual and a great team player.

Salary is negotiable for this role, depending on experience.

2. Front of House All-Rounder – Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

We're also looking for a flexible front of house team member to help across the bakery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and loves handling different tasks.

Weekend availability is preferred.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Handling orders and recommending products.
• Keeping displays stocked and looking their best.
• Handling payments accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organised front of house.
• Answering customer questions about products and allergens.
• Supporting the team during busy periods and helping wherever needed.

What we're looking for

• A friendly, positive personality.
• Great communication skills.
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
• Reliable and well organised.
• Previous hospitality, coffee shop or bakery experience is helpful but not essential.
