We’re looking for a confident, reliable and personable Front of House Team Member to join the team at Three Ways House Hotel.

This is not just about carrying plates or checking guests in. We want someone who understands hospitality, enjoys being part of a team, and can help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests return for.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong team player with good communication skills
  • Well presented with attention to detail
  • Reliable and willing to learn
  • Experienced in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Most importantly, we want people with the right attitude. Skills can be taught, personality cannot.

What we offer

  • A supportive and welcoming working environment
  • Opportunities to develop within hospitality
  • Staff discounts
  • Flexible shift patterns
  • A varied and engaging role within a busy hotel environment

If you enjoy hospitality and want to be part of a hardworking team that genuinely cares about guest experience, we’d love to hear from you.
