UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach to running both the front and back of house, fostering a positive team environment, and driving operational excellence.

Duties

  • Supervise daily Bar and Restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to Health and safety standards and cleanliness.
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management within the team
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to maximise profit and efficiency.

Experience
The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of effective team management.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both staff and customers effectively.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.
