  • Assist in meal planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours while maintaining high standards of food quality
  • Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to ensure safety and freshness at all times
  • Serve dishes promptly and professionally, engaging with guests when appropriate to enhance their dining experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling regulations
