Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and preparation, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications
