Full job description

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service to join our small and friendly hotel, just outside Aviemore. We have no available staff accommodation at this time.

If you are well organised, have great people skills, and the ability to run restaurant service front of house in the evenings we'd love to hear from you. In addition to restaurant service, our small team works together ensuring you can make a difference to help the team in our primary objective of delighting our guests.

Just outside of Aviemore, with views over Loch Alvie, we're in a lovely location, with all the Cairngorm national park has to offer within easy reach.

Having an excellent and long standing reputation with visitors and locals, we have many guests that return for the warm welcome, friendly staff, high levels of service and excellent cuisine. Our small team takes great pride in ensuring hotel and restaurant guests can relax and enjoy their stay with us.
You will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and fresh, quality cuisine. We serve breakfast (20 covers) and evening meals (up to 50 covers) to residents and non-residents. Part time and full time hours available.

For those with less experience and a positive attitude, full training will be provided.

We aim to ensure that anyone joining our team can have a healthy work life balance including time off for Christmas.

Shifts are generally morning 07:30-12:30 and evening 17:30 - 22:30 in a 7 day a week operation. We are looking for part-time or full-time workers that would like to cover some of these shifts.
