Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team for 30-40hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall culinary operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cooking and a strong background in kitchen environments to develop their skills further within a dynamic hospitality setting.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauté, maintaining organisation and cleanliness.
  • Assist in meal preparation and presentation to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed at all times.
