Overview

Duties

  • Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Cook meals with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
  • Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Support the serving team by preparing ingredients for plating and helping with meal assembly during busy periods
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying supervisors when stock needs replenishing
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
