We are looking for friendly and attentive Waiting Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a lively environment. Your main goal will be to deliver prompt, courteous service while maintaining high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to create a comfortable atmosphere.
  • Take accurate orders from guests, providing menu recommendations and upselling specials when appropriate.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Clear tables, reset dining areas quickly, and assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the service period.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Handle cash or electronic payments accurately and provide receipts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is key!
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper serving techniques.
  • Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and inventory counts.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service hours.
  • A genuine passion for guest services and creating enjoyable dining experiences.
  • Willingness to learn about menu items, food preparation basics, and upselling strategies.
