We are seeking a dynamic thinking, self starter with ooddles of personality to join our small team.

Outbuildings is a family-run run farm hotel. A place for people to reconnect with themselves and others in creatively designed spaces, surrounded by homegrown and curated local produce. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of West Dorset, Outbuildings offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. Former farm outbuildings blend with new thoughtfully planned structures to create 12 rooms, styled to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience. The same ethos flows through to the onsite facilities with cinema, picnics, hot tubs, drinking and dining all helping to induce a sense of restorative joy and calm. FRONT OF HOUSE/BAR/BARISTA

We pride ourselves on offering a high level of concierge service to all our guests. Our focus is on quality over quantity, ensuring each guest receives personalised and attentive service. Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional concierge services to all guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.
• Confidently prepare and serve drinks; bartending experience is a must.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with guests, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Offer guidance and recommendations about the local area, enhancing the guest experience.
• Ensure guests feel well taken care of through personalised service and active listening.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proven experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
