Millies Public House & Kitchen is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our friendly team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy engaging with customers, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
  • Make recommendations and answer questions about drinks, cocktails, and menu offerings.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
