Summary

We are seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team in Bicester Village. Based at our location, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our freshly made pasta products and supporting our mission to deliver authentic Italian cuisine.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality pasta dishes following traditional recipes.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in managing kitchen operations during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
  • Support the development of new pasta recipes and menu items.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen or culinary environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a focus on Italian cuisine.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
