What You Will Do ...

  • Welcome customers and introduce them to the menu
  • Manage table seating
  • Interact with customers and create a friendly dining atmosphere
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Confirm that the food items match the orders and serve them to the tables
  • Operate the drinks bar
  • Engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied and have an enjoyable dining experience
  • Assist with bills and payments
  • Attend regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers on menu changes and menu specials
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Skills You Would Need ...

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and processes.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Chew-On-This is a fast-growing, dynamic UK-based food and beverage Group with 8 restaurant brands spanning across UK and we are looking to grow our front of house team at our restaurant, Shan Shui Bicester Village, in Oxford.
