Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated bar & waitering staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a well-organised and efficient bar & table operation. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bartending, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining high food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Adhere to all food safety protocols to guarantee the well-being of our guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
  • Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions effectively.
  • Strong time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
